How old are you?
Which timezone are you in?
Which hours EVE-time do you usually play?
Is this character your main character or an "alt"? If it's an alt - who is your main character? If it's your main - do you have alts? If you have alts - who are they?
What background does your character have and what have you been doing in EVE until now?
How many skillpoints do you have?
What ships do you usually fly and what ships can you fly?
What do you do in EVE now and how do you earn ISK?
What would you like do do more in EVE?
What skillgroups have you trained most?
What are you training now?
If you are a member of another corp - why quit and join ours?
If you have been a member of any other corps - why are you not anymore?

You should be atleast 18 years old and your character must be atleast 1 month old. Your character must be able to fly a battlecruiser, battleship, mining barge, industrial ship, tech 2 ship or capital ship. Don't apply if your character is younger than 1 month and if you can't fly anything besides a frigate, a destroyer or a cruiser.

You must have NO standing OR atleast 7 in standing to Corporate Police Force.
